Oriental Rugs are hand-woven rugs made across Northern Africa the Middle East, Southwest asia and Central Asia.While many of the weavers are Moslem they are also made by Christians, Jews, and others. The term tends to be more inclusive than exclusive and is applied to Chinese rugs and Indian rug.
