Carla Sanders is an artist living near the coast of Maine. She makes paintings and sculpture with magical properties. Her land, Hope Peace Ceremonies, is dedicated to healing and empowerment through art and ceremony. She leads a monthly Full Moon Sweat Lodge for Women, Women's Initiation Ceremonies, and Creative Retreats. She also leads sweat lodges, and Vision Quest Dances for men and women working together.

Carla, along with a community of dedicated peacemakers, is building Hope Peace Chamber. The vision of Beautiful Painted Arrow, a native American visionary and mystic, a Peace Chamber is a special building dedicated to planetary peace through the vibration of sound. Hope Peace Chamber is one of about 50 in existence throughout the world, and is a bridge between the Peace Chambers in North America and Europe. Hope Peace Chamber is also a seed chamber, dedicated to helping other Peace Chambers be constructed throughout the world.
