Another thing to remember is that for many and for most women, the results begin to show around day 45. So don't give up too quickly. Stick with it.

    I haven't gotten the system but I like the theory behind it. It's so easy to get discouraged when you hit a plateau, or bored with the same old routine. P90X insures neither will happen. If you have the determination and a stick-to-it attitude, then you can succeed with this system. And no, I'm not a paid spokesperson for P90X.
