The P90X is almost always mistaken to be the PX90. The P90X stands for Power 90 Xtreme Fitness Training. This is a complete 90 Day program for anyone who wants to get start with fitness and shaping their physique. The package contains a set of Exercise, Diets and a lot more to get your body in shape in 90 Days Flat. The DVD set comes with various features including Music On/Off, Timer and more.


First of all let's discuss what P90X is and what it is not. P90X is not a Muscle Building Program. It's a Fitness program for people who want to work it out at home. There are basic requirements to start off with this program which includes a set of Dumbbells and a pull up bar. Whats in the P90X Program 

Lets Dive in and take a look at the Extreme Fitness Program the P90X. There are a total of 12 Extreme fitness Exercises in the PX90 but i will cover only the few i have used.


 

  1. P90X Advanced Work out System

    The P90X is an advanced Work out system for people who have already hit the Gym and for starter too. The amazing thing about the P90X system is that it goes from the Beginners to intermediate to Real power Builders in a short span of time. This makes it increasingly effective for people who have just started training and also for those who have hit the gym since years.

  2. P90X Lifetime work out

    The P90X contains a few Life time work outs which you would like to continue even after the 90 day period. These could be done for years together and still will have effect on your physique. These set of exercises are great and you really don't get tired of doing the same thing for once.

  3. P90X Nutrition

    Most workout Gurus will tell you that its 80% nutrition and 20% work out. The P90X program gives you a head start on your nutrition and it's easily workable. If you cannot afford the Supplements by P90X, there are always alternatives you can use. But its important that you feed yourself with more mass if you are looking to build your Muscle.

  4. P90X Kenpo -X

    This is the Cardio program for people who are looking for the extreme. Though some programs will not make you sweat normally you could use extra weight gloves or Belts to get yourself more than sweating. Always note that there is no shortcut to getting your cardio right. Run and run fast this is the best thing that could do well for your cardio better than any program anywhere.

  5. P90X bonus Pack

    The P90X usually comes with 2 Bonus Packs and they are extremely useful. One of them being a cardio program and the other one is the UML. UML is the Upper Middle Lower work out for 30 straight minutes for the ones who are short of time. The Cardio program is better than that of the Kenpo X Program as it's more demanding.

P90X Chin Up Bar Installation Processes 

While we do a pull up we should always make sure that we do the right exercise in a proper way. It is always safe if we have a fixed bar while we do exercises for parts like arm, shoulders, and back it is basically when we do hanging kind of exercises.

The p90x has strong bars which can sustain our body weight while we do hanging exercises. And the bar in p90x is a fixed bar that means you are safe while you are doing your exercise. The installation of the bars is really easy.

1 assembling a bar in p90x would take max of 3-5 minute. That means this is damn easy right

2 Always make sure the doorways are strong enough so that it could support the bar and your weight. The standard doorway is of 24" to 32" wide which support the bar.you can fix the chin up can bar on your doorway facing your TV which could help you watch your workout videos while you do your exercise.

3 always make sure that you set the bar on the brackets properly which is on the wall or at the top trim of the doorway. If you do not install it on the proper side of the doorway then it won't block the opening and closing of the door.

4 Eight inches is the default gap required for the brackets.

5 make sure that you screw the brackets which are provided with the package.

Brackets are the most important thing that you should look to while you install these bars. Assembling is really easy you just have to place the bars on to the brackets and once that is done you can start hanging on to it.

Always make sure that you are safe while you do any kind of exercise, and when you are doing a chin up exercise you should always have the right chin up bar.
