You must be getting hungry by now, reading all about the culinary delights of Prince Edward Island. You will love the seafood that comes from the cold oceans and waters that surround PEI.Until you get here,I welcome you to peruse my lens to read about Prince Edward Island and the cuisine taken for granted by locals (fresh lobsters for $6 a pound off the wharf).
If you have a chance to read the New York Times article by Mr. Frank Brundi, restaurant critic, you'll notice he didn't have much to say about having a lobster at a supposed "high end" restaurant on the Island. Somebody correctly pointed out that lobster is best eaten in the comforts of a backyard, picnic table or in your own kitchen with a bib and nut-crackers to break 'em open.
