EXTRA! EXTRA ! CREDIT REPORTS SUCK!

ONLY IN AMERICA!
Personally For the most part that having to have a credit check against the Privacy Act.
Now lets say you apply for a home loan,they say do we have permission to do a credit report.
What happens if you say no ,the bank, mortgage co.will say we can not do a loan without a credit check.
In court at least you can plea the 5th Do you think the court will tell you since you plea the 5th no court hearing go home we can not help you?
For real now take a look at what I am saying.
Only in America!
Where foreclosures are high and wages are low and are budget is in the toilet and what happens?
They do a credit check!
Now here comes the good part, you can not pay for your car so they repo it send it to auction and you owe $20000 and they sell it for $5,000,Hell offer to refinance it back to me for that price because i going to be stuck paying the balance minus what they sold it for .
While a dealer gets it for pennies and sells it for book value.
Now you have bad credit but that"s ok we will get you into a car even with your bad credit just give us a down payment and you will have a new used car for only 18 %to 28% interest.
Then I say if I am paying this kind of interest and the payment is doubled because of the interest rate ,then it makes sense to spend the money on a new one,has not worked for me yet.
I really believe that some people that even with bad credit could help out our foreclosure problems .
How how many people with bad credit are on the governments pay roll like retirement.
If they would give loans to these people look what can happen.
First of all if it is a government loan,how are they going to default,I will be paid my retirerment till I die and even if I tried to default Uncle Sam would take it out of my retirement till it is paid off.
And on the positive side if retired people use the loans for rentals then that give them more income to put back into our economy and one less foreclosure on the books.
