They also offer great customer support, which I've found to be good and reasonably quick.

PSP Nerd is another excellent PSP download site. They advertise they have 20 million titles as well as tutorials to get you started.
The site design is neat and like PSP Blender, is easy to navigate.
The only downside was when I searched their database for some rare music - and couldn't find it. That was the only real negative that I could find in comparison to the other sites.

All PSP Games boasts of having 100,000,000 downloads. Their downloads are also pretty fast. The sites easy to navigate and the members areas good.
The only drawback was that the customer service was slow in returning a reply to a query.

In comparison to free downloading, I would recommend any of these. Downloading from free sites will inevitably result in virus infection (I speak from experience), and are also illegal. The best of a high quality bunch is definitely PSP Blender.
