Page Readers brings the Written Word to Radio

Ranked #12,475 in Books, Poetry & Writing, #454,523 overall

Page Readers talks with Authors

Page Readers is for Writers. Those who have written novels, booklets, how -to-books, cookbooks, e-books and even books you actually hold in your hands and turn pages. We talk about their books as well as what it took to get them where they are today and what their plans are for the future.

As a radio show on Blog Talk Radio, every show is available in Listen on Demand. So if you miss the live show, you are able to go back and listen any time. I am also able to share the radio button with my guests so they can post their interview on their own websites and blogs, so their visitors do not have to leave their site to hear the author talk about their book.

During the first year of Page Readers I've had the opportunity to read some great books that might not have reached the top of the charts - yet - and to meet the authors who made the story happen. From health and wellness to people skills to science fiction, I've met some very interesting people who want nothing more than for you to read their book.

Going into our second year I'm making some changes, one of which is to move Page Readers to Squidoo. I feel this will help bring more traffic to the site, and give my guests and their books more exposure. At least that is the plan. I'll keep you posted on the progress.

My second goal is to seek out people who work in the industry of writing, either as professional writers for hire, editors, proofreaders or publishers so they can share with new writers the best way to get going in this business, and share with experienced writers' ways for them to take their work to the next level.

Bottom line, the main purpose of Page Readers is to help authors gain more exposure for their books!

Promotion à la Carte

Promotion a la CarteAs an author you spend countless hours creating your manuscript. You've sent out quiery letters, possibly found and agent, found a publisher or possibly self published and now you are ready for people to buy your book.

Then nothing happens.

What you didn't know was that once the book was done it didn't mean that your work was done. If people don't know that your book exists, how can they buy it? No one told you that you'd have to become your own publicists too.

But where to start and what to do? You're an author not a publicist. And now, in order to get your book out there, you're spending hours searching for reviewers, anyone who will read your book or interview you. You are no longer spending your time doing what you love, which is writing,

Maybe you've searched out and even spoke with a few publicists, but have found their services to be overwhelming and/or expensive. You're an author on a budget!

At Promotion à la Carte, we understand the need for promotional work that isn't cost prohibitive. We've designed our services so authors on any budget can afford to get the word out. While no publicists can guarantee book sales, PAC can promise to get your name circulating on the web.

Created by best selling novelist, fiction and non-fiction author, photographic artist and blogger Aggie Villanueva, Promotion à la Carte to be what authors need, when they need it. Offering a menu of services that can be purchased one at a time or grouped together, all items are designed to be effective and affordable.

PAC also offers industry white papers and other writers' resources for authors from seeking guidance in using social media to interview tips and techniques and much more.

Sign up to participate in contests to win fabulous prizes and invitations to monthly tele seminars that will teach you how to grow your fan base using the Internet.

Visit PAC today to learn more about how we can help you get more publicity for you and your book.
