Pain In Low Back

Lower back pain can affect anyone, anywhere at any age. It can appear in fitness-fanatics as well as those who are less active; old and young; men and women.

This kind of pain can appear suddenly, with no warning, or can build up over a period of time. Old injuries can flare up unexpectedly and activities that may seem innocuous, such as spending an hour at the computer, or reaching up to a particularly high shelf, can easily lead to discomfort or pain.

In general, people who keep themselves fit and active are less likely to experience pain in low back, and indeed more likely to do something about it when it does strike.
