It's in Allied Gardens Shopping Center. It's right next to Albertson's and the liquor store. It's in the same parking lot as the gas station, Blockbuster, and Albertson's across the Mexican restaurant. It's off the 8 freeway.

There's a sign but it's on the wall. It's hard to see when you're driving by.

This location is also close to SDSU.

If you're looking for a new hang out spot or simply looking for an awesome dive bar where locals go to relax and have a brew, you've come to the right place!

This bar is themed after the 1957 movie "Pal Joey". The walls are covered with movie posters and pictures of famous celebrities - all framed and signed. The bar serves (most) everything from beer to cocktail drinks to soda. It looks very much like a cocktail lounge and well, if it walks and talks like a cocktail lounge..... They can make classy drinks such as Malibu Bay Breeze, Cosmo, Margaritas, and my own personal favorite - Chocolate Cake (but what bar can't make a Chocolate Cake). I've never been disappointed with the drinks here. So if you're thinking of a bar to hang out with girl friends, this is perfect! Did I mention they have karaoke nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 pm to 2 am?

For the guys, there's the bar with all the good stuff. And there's Morgan - the friendly, rockin' bartender (who by the way, makes great awesome drinks!). There are two pool tables you can try to win from the regulars. That or get there early. Or... Make friends so you can try your skills once in a while at pool. They also have darts which offer free games every 5 minutes or so. The jukebox is pretty rad if you know some songs to play. The seating is pretty lush and comfy - good for dates or for the ones who don't like to sit on the bar stools all night. Along the walls they have comfy, padded booths for groups. There are bar stools around the pool tables for the pool players and at the bar as well.

The crowd can be anywhere from 21 to 90 years old. Most of the time, the jukebox plays good tunes. Karaoke nights are fun or funny - depends on who's singing and what they're singing. There are couples who likes to dance - which is pretty awesome. Someone has to start the dancing, right?
