Palomares Vineyards

Palomares Vineyards and Westover Winery are tucked away in the canyons between Castro Valley and Fremont. Visitors are treated to a Mediterranean-style winery offering a wide range of varietals and blends for tasting. The estate enjoys a creek-side villa setting with an ample tasting room, picnic areas, a waterfall, and horses.

Palomares Vineyards Wine Tasting

Palomares Vineyards and Westover Winery are port specialists, bottling between 20 to 30 varieties at a time. They produce the largest selection in the entire country, ranging from delicate, sweet dessert wines to tawny, Portuguese-style ports.

Tasting Room Hours:
Saturday from Noon to 5pm
Sunday from Noon to 5pm

Tasting also Available by Appointment
Weekdays from 8am to 5pm
