panasonic 58 hd plasma tv: Buck Bang or Wallet Flattener?

Some people consider spending money on something like the big screen plasma tv  a big waste of hard earned money, other people try to get these things at any cost, Unfortunately both sides are wrong, purchasing decision must be built on  facts and information accumulated after frequent testing of the markets.
