Panic and anxiety is the state of mind to have unnecessary fear of something irrelevant and irrational. Anxiety causes severe mental problems and emotional instability in persons. The people will feel uncomfortable and nervous to situations they are unaccustomed to due to lack of self confidence. Anxieties are generally caused by certain situations, places or people that the person may find difficult to cope up with. Initially anxiety may not be felt to be much troublesome but as the intensity increases the person will start to feel severe panic and anxiety disorders. These disorders will weaken the person both physically and mentally.
The best way to eliminate panic and anxiety is to live in the present, forgetting the past but using it to plan the future. The negative thoughts of failure and unnecessary fear must be thrown out of the mind.
