The Panic Away Bonus Package

Your guide to recovery! Make the most out of the Panic Away Program with The Panic Away Bonus Package. The Panic Away Bonus Package is a cross reference guide for the therapies, disorders, medications, books, and doctors talked about in the Panic Away program.

What is The Panic Away Program?

The Panic Away program is a self-help book that claims to eliminate your anxiety and panic attacks, but does it really work? Joe Barry, the author, was an anxiety suffer for years until he developed his One Move Technique and gained control of his life.

The Panic Away program is 150 pages and is filled with tons of information on anxiety and panic attacks, exercises, as well as case studies on how the One Move Technique works. The program mostly focuses on the One Move Technique so you can quickly get started eliminating anxiety and taking back your life but it also has lots of other useful information. I began my own research on anxiety, depression and the different medications and books Joe Barry mentions.

The Panic Away Bonus Package

A Cross Reference Guide to the Panic Away Program

So many people suffer from panic attacks or anxiety and don't even realize it. Anxiety can be a result of exhaustion-physical, mental, or emotional. You can start by feeling really tense and nervous, forgetting to breath and soon if the anxiety heightens - can be a full blown panic attack.

I discovered only recently that I was suffering from anxiety. After my mother died of Cancer I began to feel tense and stressed all the time. It started off gradually but after a few weeks I found it becoming more and more difficult to work and get things done. The tiniest thing would completely stress me out. After talking to a few friends who had also had parents pass away I realized why I was feeling so anxious and although it is completely normal I didn't want it to get any worse. I really just wanted it to go away.

Why The Panic Away Bonus Package?

I came across the Panic Away program on the internet and didn't want to purchase it - having not a lot of confidence in online e-books. After reading some reviews though I changed my mind and purchased it - I was pleasantly surprised. Joe Barry is pretty knowledgeable on the subject, having suffered from anxiety himself. He developed his own One Move Technique that has worked for so many people!

I wrote the Panic Away Bonus Package after successfully completely the program because I know sometimes starting a new program can be overwhelming and you can think of every excuse on why not to do it. It's difficult to take that first step but if you really want to overcome your fear and change your life it's a step you have to make. The guide is structured as an addition resource and can be used as cross reference while doing the Panic Away program.

Included in the Panic Away Bonus Package I have also made a folded insert to put in your wallet. For those times when you are feeling an attack coming on and need a little reminder or reassurance - you have easy access to the One Move Technique.

Getting Help for Your Anxiety, Naturally

Knowing when to admit you need help

A very close friend of mine has suffered from anxiety all of her adult life. She would call me in the middle of the night "I'm thinking about my life. Who am I? Where do I want to be? What do I want to be? Why is my job so boring? Should I go back to school? How could I afford it? Why wasn't I married yet? What about children?"

These thoughts would race through her mind and soon she would begin to feel a tingling sensation start in her arm which would cause her to panic even more, then her heart would start to race and she'd say to me "I think I'm having a heart attack!". I knew she wasn't but she would always have herself so convinced that she'd head to the Emergency.

This happened so many times and each time she was so sure she was going to die, I would try to calm her down by explaining it was only an anxiety attack but she would say "my heart is beating so fast, what if the anxiety attack causes a heart attack?" At the time she thought that was perfectly logical but it didn't help to stop the panic.

Then it happened at work and a co-worker had to take her to the hospital. Once again the doctor confirmed that it was just a panic attack and told her she wasn't dying. It wasn't until she said that she felt like she was losing her mind did she finally decide to get help.

It's hard to admit that you need help and especially hard to find something that will work. The doctor wanted her on pills to fight her anxiety but she really wanted to try and do it naturally. After learning and practicing the One Move Technique she is now proud to say that she has been "panic free" for 2 years!

She can't believe how long she waited to get help and is so happy that she had the Panic Away program to guide her along her way to recovery.

How to Deal with Teen Anxiety

How can you tell if your teen is suffering with anxiety? Some symptoms are: changes in eating patterns, mood swings, sleep pattern changes, skin eruptions and risky behavior. Some children are born with an anxious temperament and seem to be anxious of many situations right from the start.

We obviously want the very best for our kids, so It's critical for us as parents to understand the signs of anxiety and get them help NOW! With teen suicide on the rise, it's unrealistic to think, "Oh, they're just being typical teenagers, they will find their way". It's our job to guide and point them in the right direction as soon as possible!

Today, teens are faced with many sources of anxiety that arise from normal life and family transitions. For example, moving to a new home, divorce, starting school, being accepted by a peer group, death of a grandparent, sex, sports accomplishments and doing well in school are just some events that can be very stressful.

What better way can we as parents help our teens with anxiety than providing them with up to date, specific step by step information and natural techniques that can truly help them change their lives. Not only will they learn natural approaches that will return them to a state of "calm" but they will gain a huge amount of confidence. Anxiety can be so overwhelming for a teenager and that can lead to an increase of drinking, drug use and promiscuity. Learning to deal with stress and anxiety as early as possible is key to them living an enjoyable life.

With Joe Barry's Panic Away program I was blown away by his in-depth research and natural treatments to not just cope with anxiety but to learn how to STOP it for good! His techniques are results-driven, this coming from a person who has suffered with anxiety for over 10 years. I now can stop anxiety it in its tracks all from his program! I remember all the constant anxiety and pressures I had when I was a teen and I wish that I had Joe's panic away all those years ago. Help your teen today! I promise you one day they will thank you for it!

Panic and Logic - Don't let Fear and Common Sense Hold You Back!

This is my father's favorite saying. He used it a lot when I was a child and angry because I wasn't getting my way. I'd threaten to run away and he would say "Well Saddie, don't let fear and common sense hold you back!". I absolutely hated it but it did always make me stop and think about what I was so angry about and whether running away would solve it.

Which really makes me think if there is any logic or common sense in my anxiety or any ones' anxiety. Why was I anxious about leaving the house? What was out there that scared me? Was I scared or just lazy? Why couldn't my legs move towards the door? I really had nothing but empty excuses. Which made me think of my dad's saying Don't let fear and common sense hold me back. Now I feared going outside, but with no reason or logic. If I used my common sense I would know that there was nothing outside to fear and I would actually benefit from making that feat. Maybe the saying could be changed to Don't let fear hold you back, use your common sense!.

Now I have a new mantra. When I feel that anxiety attack coming, I not only apply the One Move Technique from the Panic Away program I also repeat my mantra Don't let fear hold you back, use your common sense!

I think if you are having an urban lifestyle, then chances are you would have a panic attack before, so this is a good lens to remember in times like that.

The idea of a cross reference guide is a great because the first thing I did when I read the Panic Away guide, which btw is excellent, was to start looking things from the guide up on the web. Your cross reference made it so easy to go way beyond the guide.

    excellent job.
