- Thank you for adding lens to my BPD Group it is much appreciated. I just wanted to add here also there are Homeopathic methods that can help aide with panic attacks. I know I carry a box with all of the time. The are called "Calm Drops" and they can be purchased at any Health Food Store. Also, there is aromatheraphy methods that can be used.
