Panic Attack Causes- Stress- The Major Cause of a Panic Attack
There are several different causes of the panic attack. The scientists are exploring them from years and stress has come out to be the major cause of the panic attacks.The other causes of panic attacks are the genetics and the disturbance in the certain chemical production in the brain. Many people argue that all of these three reasons of panic and anxiety among people are beyond any one's control. However this is a misconception. Okay leave the genetics to the researchers.

Of course we can not alter them by ourselves and when the researchers, biologists and the scientists find a way to fix a defected gene, the treatment is going to be very expensive. However the chemical production in the brain and the stress are the manageable causes of the panic attacks.

The production of the mood stabilizing chemicals depends upon the oxygen supplied to the brain. This oxygen is carried to the brain by the blood. This is ensured by proper intake of the balanced diet and by sufficient exercise. The stress however is harder to manage.
A person can have various reasons fro stress. Sometimes the reasons can be eliminated but at other time we just have to control or manage the stress that causes the panic attacks. The stress causes anxiety and the anxiety in turn causes more stress.

For example the first one is the use of medicine s but I do not recommend that for the medicines have too many side effects. Also they are not a permanent solution. The attacks will reappear the day you stop taking the medicines. The second method is to take a therapy and the third method id to use a self help guide. I recommend and endorse both the second and the third method.
