- This is pretty useful! Thanks for posting - I think visualising can be of help as well - sometimes the fear of an attack can make it worse , once you get ok with the idea that your not going to die and the worse thing that can happen is that you can pass out - it removes some of the stress. Definiatly approaches like yoga are good as it increaes your ability to control the situation. Saves the need for Anxiety Medicine

- I think the cognitive behavior treatment is expensive,and the medication has a side effect, so prefer the meditation, herbal remedy and the natural techniques.
