    I love my panini grill and one of my favorite sandwiches is the old standby the grilled cheese...I put tomato slices on mine. Yum! Thanks for sharing some recipes.

    Thanks for all the good info. I actually use the poor mans version; I use a grill pan and fill a saucepan with some water (for weight) and place it on top of my sandwich.

    My son-in-law used our waffle iron to make a panini sandwich during the holidays. Thought I would look for some reviews. The Lodge Logic looks like a good one. Thanks! Happy Holidays!

    Have you every tried to make Salmon panini on whole wheat buns. I got the recipe from Silver diner. It didn't turn out half bad. That smoked bacon and cheddar panini looks good for breakfast. I would half to add a fried egg to mine though!!

    We've got a Panini Grill, but have been looking for one with reversible plates with a flat side for grilling Cuban sandwiches. Got my eye on the Cuisinart Griddler that seems to fit the bill rather nicely! :) Thanks.

    Excellent food lens. I'm drooling and want some kind of panini now! I love grilled cheese so that module really made me hungry but it's 2:40 A.M. way past the midnight snack time. Bear hugs, Frankster

    Keep a panini grill in mind for a sick family. We are just having 3 of us recovering from the flu (fever achy kind) and fast grilled cheese paninis are all we have had the energy to make or appetite to eat!

    Wow- we LOVE our Panini Maker! It is so easy to make a crunchy, hot, delicious sandwich and the grill is simple to wipe clean. I think it is one of the best appliances we have. A Panini Press and/or Panini Cookbook would make a terrific Christmas Gift!
