Papercraft Models, also called paper models, card models or papercraft, are models constructed from sheets of paper or card. To make a papercraft model, you will need to get the model design and print it on sheets of cards or paper, usually in full colour. Next will be to cut out the model, fold, score and glue them together.

    There is much speculation as to the origin of origami. While Japan seems to have had the most large tradition, there is evidence of independent origami traditions in China, Germany and Spain, among other places. However because paper decomposes rapidly, there is very little direct evidence of its age or origins, aside from references in published material. origami paper

    Papercraft models are one of the best things, i think. Everybody can do it. You can find many simple models to download for children. Usually they are free, especially the simple ones. There are many complex models as well. Lot's of car and motor manufacturers have a site to download nice looking and detailed free models, as you could read above.
