Park Place is one of San Diegos best condos, Location!, Views! & Quality!
The Park Place condos located at the corner of West Harbor Drive and Kettner Boulevard in downtown San Diego is comprised of 178 individual condos. Amenities include 24-hour concierge & parking attendant, pool, spa, barbecue area, gym, bike storage area, residents lounge, business center and conference rooms. Fifteen guest parking spaces in the underground garage.
This is the closest residential tower to Seaport Village and is located on a strip known as the residential front row, as condos can not be built any closer to the water per zoning laws. Residential turnover in Park Place is very low because its impossible to trade up to something better. You might be able to trade up from a low floor to a high floor but to find a better all over building is arguably impossible.
