    I've been on both sides of the fence and I am constantly amazed at how difficult it is for both technologists and business folks to truly communicate. Your book helps bridge a gap that has existed since the abacus or the slide rule! Very well done! And the fact that it is in electronic format for all to get instantly, even better!     This book is great! I'm not a technologist, I'm a sales and marketing professional. I deal with clients and a lot of IT folks. So much of what you talk about applies to those interactions, as well as my general business dealings. This is a terrific handbook.
