10 Things You Can Do To Live Healthy Now!
Most people don't like to think about whether or not they'll end up in assisted living when they hit 75 but the fact is, how you live each day, the choices you make, create a future where you either end up having someone care for you or you're vital and healthy until the day you die.
So what are the lifestyle choices that can drastically improve your health and, if you have a serious health condition, help your body to heal itself?
1. Eating nutritional foods, preferably organic, so you reduce the amount of toxins your body is exposed to and receive the maximum nutrients available.
2. Supplements, including herbs and vitamins, to help build your immune system. A healthy immune system not only protects you from illness and disease, it helps your body heal from current problems.
3. DeStress your life - exercise - not only aerobic type exercise but relaxing stretches, yoga and tai chi.
4. Practice meditation and visualization - You can create good health in the future, even if you don't have optimal health now.
5. Practice basic good health advice like getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water and flossing your teeth.
6. As much as possible, use organic products such as organic face and body care products and organic cleaners. This too helps protect your body from cancer and disease causing toxins in the environment.
7. Detox regularly to keep dangerous toxins from building up in your liver and the tissues of the body. This will do more than any other thing to help reduce your risk of diseases like cancer.

9. If you have a health condition, research natural ways to improve it. What vitamins or herbs might help? Perhaps essential oils? Certain foods? There is natural help for any condition.
10. Thing positively! Be happy. Watch a funny movie and laugh. Get a pet. Feeling good and having a positive view of life is probably the number one thing you can do to safeguard your health. The Course in Miracles says, "At any given moment, I am free to choose. I choose peace."
