The November elections in 2010 are shaping up to be one of the biggest changes of power in Washington - even bigger than 1994. The Tea Party protests, the Town Halls packed with pissed off citizens and the massive 912 march on Washington clearly show that We The People have had enough and we will be Silent No More!

The founding fathers created a government of "law, not men". And when the politicians do not adhere to, or even understand the principles of limited government and the free-market system that has made our country great, it is our duty to get rid of those men (and women).




In 1787, our Constitution created the great Republic of the United Stated of America. And in November of 2010, we will RESTORE THE REPUBLIC!

We've all heard the 'fish' parable: "If you give a man a fish, you've fed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you've fed him for a lifetime." The parable is a lesson on self-sufficiency and learning. A person who is "fed for a day" will certainly be grateful, but then what are they to do tomorrow? Such generosity and compassion, if continued, only becomes dependency. It creates a burden on the compassionate and stifles the spirit of the dependent.

But, as the parable suggests, only a person who learns to support themselves can lead a fulfilling life. There is also a 'cascade' effect, where more self-sufficiency in a community breeds even more productivity and fulfillment for everyone. Which also greatly reduces the burdens when someone does need to be 'fed for a day'.

The lessons of this parable translate directly to the concept of 'distribution of wealth' espoused by so many liberals today. I hope that relating wealth redistribution to the fish parable might help some to understand the futility and destructive reality of that idea.

how wonderful would it be it the government stopped taking over private industry and if politicians stopped perpetuating the MYTH that only the government can take care of us. Only when the Free Market is balanced with a properly limited government will there ever by true peace and prosperity! PEACE!

Recent comments by American politicians that put down Capitalism and the Free-Market system make me sick!  Prosperity in America is a direct result of our unalienable rights to life - the production of our lives.  And the very definition of Capitalism includes that our rights are protected by the rule of law.

Capitalism made America great!  And it has done so DESPITE over 50 years of increasingly burdensome socialistic policies.  Continued prosperity in American depends on defeating government policies and programs that do not look to Capitalism and Free Market!  Are you listening, you liberals and idiots in Washington?
