Who is Pauley Perrette aka Abby Sciuto on NCIS

Pauley Perrette as Abby Sciuto? You just gotta love her! She's a Goth that goes bowling with nuns. She becomes hysterical when a member of the team is in danger but she's got a brilliant scientific mind. She has a stuffed animal hippo that farts when it's squeezed and causes no end to embarrassment when "The Brass" come to Abby's lab. She wears outlandish clothes but they look right and cute on her. Everyone else is in awe of Gibbs but Abby has him wrapped around her little finger.

Perrette plays this role with outstanding ability. I really need to watch her in another role because frankly, I can't imagine her being anyone but Abby.

One of my favorite episodes is when Abby is given an assistant for her lab. She has said she is overworked but she is hoping for a raise in pay and instead she gets a character she calls Chip. Abby appeals to the team leader, Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs, played by Mark Harmon. Gibbs takes her request to the Director but is told to give the assistant a little time and she if Abby doesn't want to keep him. After several episodes involving "Chip," he turns out to be framing another team member, McGee played by Sean Murray, and threatens Abby with a knife. Final scene, Abby has subdued Chip, he's tied up on his face on the floor and she asks "Can I please work by myself now?" image taken from PauleyPerretteonline.com
