To Many Negatives Zero Positives
The Pay Per Play Opportunity that is being touted by many does not stand a chance for some very obvious reasons. The biggest one is they have not been honest in their marketing materials.
Any serious webmaster is not going to invite surfers to hit the back button by placing annoying ads on their web pages. This goes against the whole reason for creating a website to start with. You want the surfers to hang around!!
