Are you hungry in midtown west? Here's a list of the top places to eat near Penn Station.

It can be hard to find a GOOD place to eat around here. This may seem like a really narrow topic, but there are at least 2500 people who work in my building who will benefit from this info. Multiply them by the dozens of other buildings and you'll see there's appeal. We're hungry!

Come join me on a culinary tour of the eight or ten blocks around my office. There is great food to be found - IF - you know where to look. There's bad food to be found, too, so you want to be sure you have an experienced guide.

Chipotle
Chipotle - you know it and it's superb. 34th Street, west of 8th.
Frame Gourmet Eatery
Frame - new market table, salad bar, sushi, sandwiches. 33rd Street, west of 9th.
Lezzette Mediterranean Cucina
Lezzette - mediterranean, I think the owner/chef works there. Food is tasty and fresh. 34th Street just east of 9th.
Lugo
Lugo - delicious, authentic Italian. Not cheap, but really good. 33rd Street, east of Eighth.
Stage Deli
Stage Deli - not cheap, but breakfast all day! NW corner of 33rd and 8th.
