In the above paragraph I spoke of my girls. They are the reason I do everything in life.

Each one has their own personality and each is very different. As you can see the wedding has happened so I wanted to share with you all me with my three girls.

Being the mom I feel they are all very beautiful and I am very proud of each one of them.

I am the top, Jenna in the wedding gown, Danielle is the next one and then Candice the youngest.

I just wanted to share a little more about me and my passion for life.

I am just an ordinary person who thought because I did not have a higher education I was not as smart as all of these University Grad's or College Grad's. But I have been self educating myself and learning from some amazing leaders in the industry. Reading books, listening to audios, joining eduational calls, asking questions, watching videos and going to seminars that have changed my life dramtically.

My real passion besides my family(which is number one)is to help others learn to be a success.

I was told something by a very important person in my life which made me change my outlook on life. He told me "Penny you are perfect just the way you are" I can tell you it made me cry because that was one of the nicest things anyone could have said to me. I had failed at Network Marketing, I followed what I was taught, bought all the leads I was told were the best. I did not want to give up because I knew I could do it. But the problem was NOT me! It was the companies, the upline, the so called guru's who did not care one bit about me but about how much $$$$ they could make.

So, I have been changing peoples lives and teaching them the skills to help make them be successful in Network Marketing. If I can help them to check things out properly and get educated before wasting time and money on scams or things that will not get them what they want to. I give them the tools they need ,the coaching and mentoring they need ,it is a great gift.

If I can help even one person like I was helped that is what I wanted to do. I have since helped numerous people and it feels so good. When you see people change and learn to BELIEVE in themselves it is amazing.

So when Micheal told me I was perfect I finally realized it was not my fault. From that moment on my life has changed both personally, job and business wise. All for the better.

That is why I am so passionate about helping others.

Help for Everyone

I decided to get into Network Marketing because I wanted to have the freedom to do what I want, work when I want and get out of the rut I was in.

I had been working at the same company for over 11 years and my learning curve had stopped I felt at a stand still in life. It was a go to work, get yelled at by my boss and do this five days a week.

I saw an ad in the newspaper that peaked my interest so I contact the guy. Long story short I joined his company and did very well at it. I was learning every single day, felt good about myself, believed everything I was told by the two so called Guru's running the show.

They got everyone hooked by telling them you get as many free leads as you want or you can buy these leads co op leads, they are the best.

This is what happened. I called leads day and night because I could get as many as I wanted. But no one was interested they had been called 5-10 times in the same week. (they were free) Then I decided if I bought the co op leads, hey I could really take off. Let me tell you I spent thousands of dollars on these leads and what made me so angry was that they always put some of those other leads in with them that I paid money for.

I decided to advertise myself in the newspaper and maxed out my credit cards on that.

My business grew but the people always dropped off. The system was suppose to be duplicatable but no one could do what these two could do.

I became a leader with the group doing presentations, doing leads calls and got my name out there. These individuals were to be THE TOP LEADERS yet they did not show up to the calls they were to be doing and other leaders would step up to the plate. But when this happened every week it is hard to explain to new people and give excuses all the time.

I was excited they wanted me to be part of the group as a leader and believed in them so much. I had heard numerous stories of the scams associated with them but always said these people are jealous of them because they are successful. Because when I confronted them that is what they said. I assumed they had integrity and would not lie and wanted the best for everyone.

I was crushed when I read this ebook. I will explain why. First off this ebook has changed both my personal, business and network marketing life. Because of my BELIEF in these individuals I trusted and thought had true integrity.

They did not and I learned this the hard way. As most of us have. But no more! Education is the Key.

When I read the ebook, I had this real need to learn. I did not want to have others to go through the same thing I did. To much time and money spent on something that was never going to get me where I really wanted to be in life.

Once I learned about Compensation Plans, learning the different personalities, why it takes so many people in different companies to make your desired income, what companies should have in place to make true residual income, I was then able to make the educated decision to pick the right company for my dreams and goals.

I have learned from many leaders from around the world and I have learned to BELIEVE in myself. I have learned to focus on positive only and push all negativity away.

This has changed me for the better and I am a much happier person. I have made decisions in life that have moved me forward and on a up hill climb.
I am helping people do the same thing I have done and it feels really good.

Success is in us all, it is just learning how to find it and working with like minded people to help you reach your goals and dreams.

I learned the hard way but I have fallen forward not backwards.

One of the biggest things I have learned is to beleive in myself and that I am worthy of success, that I deserve success.

Everyone has the power to be successful, the key to that is to BELIEVE in yourself. Once you believe, WOW things start to happen for you. You feel happy, excited, see your future, can focus on what you want to happen. Then they start to happen as you focus more on them.
