Being a huuuuuge fan of Greek mythology since I was a little one, Riordan's series made me happy. Being a writer of myth-based fiction, I feel at home with works like the Percy Jackson series. Maybe I want a harpy as a pet, or was that Pegasus? Now I have to add his other series to my TBR list (I'll make time for these).

- The books are great and the movie was just okay. I wish Percy was a bit older but oh well, still a great series. I have a book published that is fantasy related if anyone would like to check it out. Just take a little peak at my lens.
