Well this is Barney !!!
In this lens I will let you know more about beagles and my Beagle Barney. Barney was rescued by a passerby. He's very comical and reminds me of a cartoon character. You can learn a lot from animals like loyalty, gratitude, and patience.

My wife and I adopted Barney from the humane society about 2 years ago. He was abused by his
previous owners and was left behind when they moved. Barney had to chew through the window screen and escape the apartment because he was hungry and thirsty. He was roaming the streets for awhile begging for food and finding what ever he can to eat. Thank God someone picked him up and took him to the humane society where he was adopted by us. He was there for a month. We fell in love with him and applied to be his parents. We got approved and went to pick him up. When we got there he was in a fenced in dog run with another dog. The other dog was loud and obnoxious so Barney tackled him down and submitted him. I thought he might be aggressive and thought we should not take him home. But I took him anyway.
Barney was very distant at first. He seemed scared and often would hide and sleep behind a recliner. after about 2 months he started sleeping with us, kissing us, and accepted us. He had a hard time with going in the house but we got over that hump. He's about 5 years old now and he is so loving and affectionate. He's purely a gift from God. He never showed and aggression.
He loves to chase the vacuum, eat and lay around either on the bed or the couch. He makes a funny snorting noise and snores unlike any other dog I heard. He's so precious to us and we would be very sad with out him.

Beagles are the best dogs ever
Let me tell you why
Let's see beagles, beagles, beagles, where do I start. This breed is I think one of the most famous breeds in the world. They are great hunters and have a keen sense of smell that employs them as hunting dogs and search dogs. Might I add that they are extremely cute and lovable. They have great tempers, which makes them a great pet if you have children. I'm sure everyone knows about Snoopy, the worlds most favorite beagle. A lot like Snoopy these dogs can be very comical. Our dog Barney is one of a kind in that aspect. I'll be adding a video of him watching youtube, you gotta see it. So stay informed and hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for the invite, love your site. My beagle "Snoopy" is 5years old now, I bought him as a puppy through a newspaper ad and fell in love with him. And it is true beagles are great with kids. Snoopy doesn't seem bothered by my very playful 2year old. They are best friends.
