Phillip Carter

Phillip Carter is a nationally known Artist, Musician, Clinician, and Songwriter. He is the Minister of Music of the Mt. Ephraim Baptist Church in Upper Marlboro, MD and on the ministerial staff at Breath of Life Ministries in Palmer Park, MD.

Phillip also owns and operates http://www.PhilCo Studios and is the host of Real Talk with Phillip Carter on http://www.SpiritCo1.com.

He is married to Stephanie Carter and has two sons, Stephen and Thomas.

Sounds of Victory Ministries was organized in 1997 by Phillip Carter and features several of the most gifted and anointed musicians and vocalists from the Washington Metropolitan area.

Over the past six years they have ministered extensively throughout the United States and have recorded four CD projects.

Their latest upcoming release "Songs from the Storm" is the best to date as it both touches and ministers to the souls of the saved and unsaved alike. Look for the CD release in July 2009.
