They are not shipping the item when they are supossed to .... I've been waiting for a yoga mat 25 days ... and they are not even answering my emails or my return my money ....

I purchased this ball with the recommended mini air pump from the vendor Sissel recently. The mini air pump is a piece of junk --- came with no instruction at all, and a needle that can not be fitted to the pump. The ball looks bad as well --- well as you cannot use the pump as they advertised, you have to use a straw to inflate it.

I'm so disappointed with these products that I want to return them -- however, I was told by the C.R. that I'm not going to be refunded for the freight cost ($6.49) and I have to ship it back out of my own pocket --- and you can imagine how cheap the company is. Better just go to some local sports store and buy a better pilates ball.

great product, i use it to do my sit ups, and it takes the pain out of your back. Just lock your feet into something, or put on some ankle weights, and you get a great workout. almost got my 6 pack

This item makes doing abdominal workouts (crunches, etc.) almost fun. I love it. I have seen almost instant results, and I usually consider the areas it works to be hopeless problem areas. I must admit to the caveat that I have a yogalates instructor now, and she is the one who showed me how to use it.

The ball works as it is supposed to and it is certainly cheaper than the Bender Ball. Kind of silly how you have to blow it up with a straw( I used a pump from other balance balls) and it always deflates a little when you place the pin. Actually, a children's plastic ball that you buy at the supermarket works just as well and costs a whole lot less.

This ball is not made of thick rubber like you're used to with the large swedish balls at the gym. It popped on me after about 4 months (I am 6ft 170lbs) while I was using it for sit ups.



If you decide to buy it, don't let them sucker you into buying a pump for it. You can blow the ball up like a balloon and don't need the pump.

I bought this ball shortly after my GF saw an infomercial on TV. This is a great, sturdy, exercise ball at a fraction of the price it goes for on TV. My GF uses it everday & has never had a problem with it. If you're looking for something to help you with your cruntches this might be the way.
