I have started the Pink Patch and this is day 3. I also copied and pasted the diet plan off their website and have been doing that also but no exercise.
When I started I was 10 stone 10 lbs (aprox 150 pounds) I am now 10 stone 8 lbs.
I have lost 2/3 pounds, so far losing 1 pound a day. I'm not sure if its because I'm eating the health diet plan though. As before i was scoffing loads of junk chocolate, buns cakes etc, comfort eating really. I have noticed that my cravings for sweet and fat stuff have gone and I do feel a litte more energetic amd motivated but again it could be down to what I'm eating. So at the end of this first week I am going stop the diet plan as it was for severn days only anyway and see if I continue to loose more wieght and the patch works on it's own. Will keep you posted....

in reply to Allie I did hydroxycut for several months, and yes, it did kill my hunger. That's because I was constantly nauseous when I was taking it. The energy boost I got is similar to cocaine, and I can't imagine it's good for anyone. BTW, a couple of months after I finally stopped taking it, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I don't know if taking it had anything to do with my thyroid going out of whack, but I can't help but think that the pills changed my metabolism, causing the thyroid problems. I gained all the weight back and more, and now I can't get it under control with conventional diet and exercise. It's a bummer! Careful with those pills...

I bought into this Pink Patch scam a month and it's been nothing but a headache. I got the patches, used them for about 3 weeks, didn't lose any weight at all, then realized that the "free trial" I signed up for was really an expensive monthly "auto bill" that was more than a little difficult to cancel. Don't put yourself in the same situation. If you do decide to try the Pink Patch at least buy it on eBay or Craigslist.. don't buy from the company or you'll get ripped off!

I used the pink patch for about 3 months and lost about 10 pounds. didn't change my diet too much but I did join a gym and start working out about 3 times a week. For me it was more of a motivation booster than anything, although the patch did help to reduce my appetite. I'd give it 3 stars out of 5!

I've been using the pink patch for about 2 months. definitely have noticed a big difference in terms of appetite reduction, fewer cravings, etc. Still, i haven't seen the kind of results i expected. last week my friend gave me a few hydroxycut pills and all i can say is WOW, those things are strong. great for a pre-workout boost and an absolute hunger killer! i just hope they're not a little too strong for me. anyone had any luck with these or other diet pills?

the whole pink patch idea is purely psychological. u wear the patch and then you subconsciously eat less. it is a placebo and actually does nothing physical to affect your weight. however, if it boosts peoples own mental initiative towards weight loss then great. definately buy from ebay though.

so i've read the reviews here and on a few other pages. just thought i'd say that my experience with the pink patch hasn't been all bad. in fact, in terms of boosting energy and losing weight it's a pretty good product. after going through the whole "free trial" experience including having to cancel my order, etc. i found several boxes of pink patches on ebay and ordered them. it definitely takes away your hunger, gives you energy, and helps you lose a few pounds quickly. my biggest complaint is that the company that makes it is obviously a little shady. also, it leaves kind of a nasty, sticky residue on your skin but it's easy to remove with makeup remover. anyway, bottom line is this: decent product, bad company, buy yours on eBay!!

Hi all - some interesting coments here. After seeing it a lot in the press i figured i'd give it a go - bought it off ebay though as it is soooo much cheaper - 6 pounds for a months supply. Day one i felt like i had a lot more energy and i wasn't tired even by bed time! I'm usually a very tired person. Day two I had breakfast and wasn't hungry until late that night. Overall so far i havent been snacking, am a lot less hungry overall and have more energy - i'd give it a try if you are considering, works diff for everyone. Buy them off ebay though - get them for next to nothing now! Good luck

Please do not use the PP whilst breastfeeding. Remember that EVERYTHING you eat, drink, (that includes paracetomol, shampoos, body lotion) go into your body and whatever you ingest, your child will ingest as well via the milk -hence why you are not supposed to eat/drink/take certain medications whilst breastfeeding, e.g eating grapes when breastfeeding produce more gas in the milk, just a thought at how sensitive the whole process is, so imagine taking the PP. Just be wise about it. Your weight will drop off if you eat less and exercise, drink lots of water. It's the oldest remedy in the book for weightloss.

Well I used the 6 day free trial of the Pink Patch. With this, I was already eating my 2 bowls of cruchy nut a day, maybe a healthy snack bar or fruit between meals, and a healthy main meal for my dinner. I also had bowls of cereal for supper or a snack bar. Within the first week I lost 8lbs. Then my trial ran out, and I didn't lose as much weight the second week. I believe they do help you to lose weight, as long as you consume less calories and eat healthy. There's no miracle for weight loss but these patches have helped me on my diet. The ingredients are those that you can probably find in Holland and Barratt or similar health shops.

Sorry run out of room start reading the one below!!!
To be completely honest with you I thick it is placebo, your mind is a very powerful thing and you wont to lose weight so desperately you convince yourself you are not hungry because you have this patch. On inspection of the patch there is no microscopic spikes like there is on for example on stop smoking patch, so how it gets in to your blood stream is beyond me!
Over the last week I have started taking a diet supplement you can get from your local store called Lipobind, this unlike the Pink Patch has worked for me and I have lost just under a Kilo!!! So defiantly recommend it if you are looking at using diet supplement. The pro is that is cheaper than the Patch too!!
Good luck and I hope this had helped you!

Hey Ladies, oh and gents!
Over the last few moths I have stared my firs desk job and to my disgust I have gained weight. If it isn't bad enough that I am sitting on my ass all day I have the temptation of being surrounded by biscuits and cake, every week it seems that its some ones birth day! Well about 3 weeks ago I came across Pink Patch advertisement on face book, it seem that once I had seen it once it was every where! So I though why not give it a go as they where offering a 6 day free trial, all you have to do is pay for P.P. (if u do this make sure you have read the terms and conditions as they will send you a moths supply and charge you for automatically if you don't cancel it before 14 days). Well as promised the patches turned up 4 days later, I was so exited that I started to wear it the day I got them. On day one there was no change to my appetite, however I was confident and though it might take some time to kick in! Oh how wrong I was! To be completely honest with you

hey-
i ordered the free trial because i figured hey, why not. i'm sure it doesn't work but i'm also sure it doesn't hurt. i literally just called and cancelled 2 minutes ago after 9 days and 1 minute later, no exaggeration, i had a confirmation email that everything was cancelled. nothing works except healthy eating and exercise but if you are considering the free trial, i say go for it, they are very easy to deal with and cancel everything, no questions asked.

get free sample, cancelled full product, found money taken from bank account 'unauthorised', told to call back today and money would be manually placed it to my account, E-mail says "can't find returned order", keep getting lies back so they will not pay back the money, taking to small clains court for the refund, YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME!

I was on a diet and decided to also use this free trial pink patch. I lost half a stone in a week but I also used an exercise bike and went swimming. My daughter is 3 months old and I have lost my baby weight and more. It seemed to work for me but I was also eating healthy and doing exercise. I didn't really have much of an appetite and I felt good about myself. I'm 24, nearly 25!!

Hmmm, Day three. Havent weighed myself as I want to do it at the end of the first week. Am feeling skeptical. Headache lasted the whole of the first day but hasnt been back. I am not entirely sure that anything is happening, or that my appetite has been curbed. I find myself eating less but I think subconsiously it is becuase I feel guilty about eating anything because maybe I feel like I should be being good?? I dunno. Going to stick with it. Not changing any excercise habits this week but may do next week if I don loose something by day 7. Anyway...we'll see....

1st day on pink patch. I have had a headache all day, I feel a bit peaky and I have been weeing alot...that said, I am not about to give up now. I bought my PPs in ebay so as to avoid the whole subscription thingy..£22 for a months supply so I am going to try them for as long as it takes. Weighed myself last night 11st bang on so I will keep in touch throughout and weigh myself every week and let you know whats happening.

I tried the 6 day trial & lost 3.5lb.
It's really curbed my cravings for sweet things. I normally have at least 1 choc bar a day & puddings, but I haven't even fancied anything like that.
I'm on the 5th day of the 1st month now so fingers crossed it wil keep working.
Pure Slim Patch on Ebay is cheaper & as exactly the same, just different packaging.

Im on the 2nd day of the pink patch trial pack and i already dont want to eat as much as i usually do. I cancelled the months supply that comes automatically afterwards-make sure you do that...just read the small print at the bottom of the slip that comes with it, call them up, they do it straight away not questions asked. I actually found that i didnt want dry foods but rather lots of drink-maybe thats why people are rushing to the loo all the time. I have ordered my next batch from ebay-easier and cheaper. Goodluck!

Can someone please tell me how to cancel the pink patch....??????? I've looked on the website but (surprise) I can't seem to find out how to do this and don't particularly want to be billed a ridiculous amount of money every month until I've tried the free sample and decided whether it works or is a load of old bunkum. Help!!

Hi, Just thought I would share this with you...I tried "Curb Your Cravings" about 4.5 yrs ago, after i had my son, I lost over a stone in a month, I did have headaches ( remember to drink plenty of water) and as it was shipped from the US I decided not order more, it kick started healthy eating for me and I went from 11st 13lbs to 10 st 7lbs which I was happy with. I notice that both "The pink Patch" & "curb your cravings" are by the same company ( maybe a smart marketing ploy)....my point is I have tried everything including diet and excercise ( the more I exercise, the more I eat ha ha). I've ordered the pink patch so hopefully watch this space...........one last thing, I did notice that after a few days I had to take the patch off as I didn't feel normal ( too much energy), I left it 24hours and then put another patch on. Any questions feel free to e-mail me mariehitchen@aol.com
