    Had a problem with that for a while and was able to cure it with various leg stretches to lengthen the muscle that attaches to the knee, where the problem actually originates. Maybe I'll do a lens on that.

    I used to suffer from this. I did a lot of exercises that included rising on my toes and back to flat feet. That helped and I don't have pain anymore for years. You have so much information here for those who have a more intractable problem than I did.
