A Simple Plantar Fasciitis Exercise
Easy Does It
For Temporary relief try the following:1) Lift the foot that is giving you the problem and place it on the knee of your other leg.
2) Take the hand on the side of the problem foot and hold the problem foot pulling your toes back toward your shin.
3) To check that you are doing the exercise properly Run the thumb of your other hand from side to side over the arch of your foot. The Plantar Fascia (the main ligament that runs along the bottom of your foot from heel to toes) should feel firm like a taunt rubber band.
4) Hold the Stretch for a count of 10. Do one set of 10 repetitions per session.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
