Plexus Online Manufacturing ERP Software

Plexus Online is an on-demand information system for
manufacturing companies.

Plexus Online started out within a manufacturing company, Plexus Online's manufacturing ERP software offering is now being accessed by some 30,000 registered users across roughly 1,200 plants. The Plexus SaaS offering encompasses such ERP functions as accounting, inventory, costing, and CRM, but also extends into the manufacturing execution and supply chain management realms.

Plexus Online has been adopted by manufacturing companies of many different sizes, ranging from $3 billion American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. to $92 million FormTech Industries LLC, an automotive supplier.     We've been looking at changing ERP systems, and luckily came across Plexus online, otherwise we would have been stuck with an accounting version of a manufacturing software,. Plexus is the most robust Mfg solution we've seen so far, and their people are great to work with

    I was skeptical that Plexus Online was a complete solution capable of competing with the big ERP players. However after seeing a demo of their production environment I am quickly becoming a believer. They seem to have found the "holy grail" - delivering a very comprehensive ERP system on-demand.

    This online solution appears to have unmatched breadth and depth of application module functionality for the manufacturing market space. The SaaS model brings top-end capabilities to organizations of all sizes which opens up a almost unlimited opportunity for mutual benefit.
