This game is high realm fantasy. If your tastes veer towards that of bow wielding elves and hammer toting dwarves within a, quite frankly, massive world that has a ton of accompanying lore, history and storyline then this may be the game for you.

The community within Everquest 2 ("EQ2") is probably one of the most relaxed I have ever played within. Although if you prefer a slightly more brutal and fast paced environment, like I myself do, I would definitely recommend that you check out the PVP servers.

It's hard to get bored of this game, you may take a break from it now and again but almost inevitably you will find yourself loading the log-in screen at some point down the road to play once more. This definitely makes for a purchase that is good value for money and I would rate this as one of my favorite games to play when I want to unwind.

Do you see yourself on a battlefield of thousands? Can you see the enemy approach as you prepare to defend your last castle, the final bastion of hope your clan has of surviving the coming turmoil? The PVP gaming world was redefined by this visually stunning game.

Set in a world that is breathtaking and in which the character models are astounding, this game is still dear to my heart. If you've ever wanted to experience a game in which thousands of people slaughter one another at the whim of a clan leader; or see a game that relies heavily on the formation of player driven politics then this is it. Lineage 2 ("L2") is what you, the players, make of it.

It is not a game for people who are easily upset and cannot stand aggression within a game. It is not the game for you if you cannot stand a slow (yet rewarding) levelling process. But my goodness if you make it to the top you'll reach some of the dizziest heights in gaming.
