- There are so many that suffer greatly from PTSD, it seems to be even more wide spread these day for many reasons. This is very good information. I have suffered from PTS, and have learned much from it, and thankfully it was temporary.

- I have suffered from PDSD more than once, but probably the worst was from the Iraqi Invasion of Kuwait. It turned my life upside down and it was very difficult to recover (I got professional help that Kuwait offered for free to victims).. and now I'm better than ever! :)

- Hello Boshemia; I favorite it your lens. I am a energy healer and a non fiction writer. I am writing a book on healing various types of emotional trauma including FMS. Trauma stays trapped in the body until released - most people just carry their trauma and shock. Bradley Nelson, "The Emotional Code," has a method for releasing trapped emotions. Also Gary Craig's EFT method is effective if you aren't familiar with these methods.
I have a lens with tips on emotional recovery from suffering.
Blessings,
Michael

- This is a powerful and very well written lens. Thank you for sharing your story.
These "invisible" illnesses can hide in full view unless people talk about them. I'm very glad you spoke up and I'm very glad you have survived.

- You are well on your way to becoming a giant, I know you are going to make it! You have been through so much and I admire how you decided to handle it. I'm so glad you sought out help.
