The Sub-conscious Mind

From the lens The Power of the Sub-conscious Mind.

The sub-conscious mind is a fascinating and, at times, controversial subject. I have posted a brief Introduction to the subject and will be posting more in the future.

Please feel free to leave your comment, either pro or con. My hope is to generate discussion on the topic.

    Great lens and very informative!!!
I really like when people believe in abundance, and are willing to help other people to find their own path to success!!!!For me the subconcious mind is the "God Like"
    Be always well!!!

I agree. The power underlying the Power of the Sub-conscious is "God Like". I suggest it is, potentially, even more powerful if tied to faith.

    Thanks for your feedback.

Have you anything to share about hands-on experience with these techniques? Or some type of short ...exercise program on a specific problem (i.e. I want to stop being shy-how do I do that with these techniques? just a thought...

Based upon my experience, I would recommend the Silva Method. It is VERY simple and, yet, very powerful. The technique can be picked up from any of the books by Jose Silva (see my listing at http://integratedsuccessprogram.com/CreateSuccess/further-resources/recommended-resources/) or through their audio products. Once you have the basic template, modify it to address your specific needs (i.e. shyness). I think you will be pleased with the results.

I am also studying the potential of subconscious mind and practice it, the results are remarkable, i just wish i knew about this earlier could have done way too much with this power within.

Thank you. The Power of the Subconscious mind IS amazing, as is the power of the conscious mind. What an amazing organ the brain is and the potential it affords us.

Excellent lens! :) I've used most of these methods as well, and agree with the importance you place on the subconscious. Your computer analogy is, of course spot-on. Have you tried or heard of Paths and RDT (Rapid Data Transfer) Technology? You might find it interesting. If you go to my lens on the subconscious, you'll find a link there if you'd like to find out more about it. Congrats on a great lens. :)

Thanks for your feedback. I haven't tried Paths or RDT and will look into them. Thank for your recommendation.

I've personally used drumming, music, breath work, meditation and affirmations. I use candles as well, but as an addition to some of the above. I agree with your main point that we can program our minds and see change in our lives. Blessed by an angel.

I believe the sub-conscious mind to be so very critical to a successful Personal Development program. More than that, however, it is important to be continually aware of how you might be "programming" those around you with mindless comments and, in particular, criticisms. This is particularly important for those for whom we might represent an Authority Figure or, most importantly, a Role Model (i.e. our children).

    Thanks for your comments!
