And With More Further A-Woo.....

Hello World!
My name is Prada. I don't ever respond to it but that's what's in the papers. I respond to "Puppy".
For the slow, yes, my name is Puppy. Being called Prada is a little humiliating. Every time my mom tells someone my name is "Prada", people snicker. I mean, come on! Don't I look like a designer pup? What's so funny? But no matter, Puppy is good enough. It means youthful and spunkidacious after all.
I was born on September 14, 2006 in Texas. I flew on a plane in a little carrier with my mom's good friend all the way to California. My mom received me as a Christmas present on Christmas of 2006 from her good friend Tim. She says nothing can ever be more precious! She has loved me ever since and we've been inseparable. She brings me everywhere she can and even sneaked me into a few places I wasn't allowed in (I wonder why, I have more manners and fashion sense than some people).
I now live with my mom and her bf Dev (the motorcycle guy in the pic above) in San Diego, California. It's fun here; the weather is nice, the outdoors is great, the food is scrumptious, and it's simply beautiful!
Well, I'm exhausted. My little paws can't type any more of my exhilarating life.
Now, with no further a-do... This is my adventure and a few things to know about chihuahuaness.
Love and Sweet Kisses,
Puppy <3

Now, let's be clear. I'm a chihuahua and I get pretty cold. I love to wear whatever my mommy wants me to, especially if it's a warm sweater. I know it's silly because I live in San Diego. But believe me when I say, it gets pretty cold here too! At the very least, for a tiny 6 pound chihuahua!
On occasion, the wind is cold but the sun is bright up in the sky. No need for a sweater but a nice little dress or a shirt would still be appreciated.
If the weather permits, I wear fashionable clothes depending on what I'm doing that day but during the hot summer days I go a-la-nude.
I have a costume for Halloween, I have a couple of santa dresses for Christmas, I have tons of sweaters for winter and cold days, I have shirts and dresses for windy days, and I have a scarf for the beach!
By the way, someone stole my only coat! It's fake fur, you dingo! It's not worth anything to you, now give it back! It keeps me real warm in winter =(

My Favorite Topic: FOOD!
I used to eat anything my mom feeds me. But then I had a taste of what you people eat! It's a lot tastier so I refused to eat that crud you all call dog food. No wonder humans don't eat dog food! Well, unfortunately, people food are usually unhealthy and my mom's coworkers fed me too much of it and now I have a little weight problem. My mom is currently working with me on that by getting some exercise and by having a good balanced diet. She has put a lot of effort into finding me the best food. She learned that grain is not part of dogs' natural diet and the less grain there is in your dog's food, the better. Grain and corn are used as fillers by the leading brand name dog food. Therefore, your pup might be missing out on some crucial vitamins and proteins. Do you know what's in your pup's food? Take the time to find out!
The best food for chihuahuas out there: Artemis Company Artemis Fresh Mix Small Breed Adult
Always remember to look at the ingredients. The first 7 ingredients are important. It will be what your dog's food will be made of the most. Like I've said before, the less grain there is, the better. Innova EVO small bites is entirely grainless and it is completely different from all the other brand names.
However, Artemis Company Artemis Fresh Mix Small Breed Adult seems to be the best for chihuahuas. It is specifically made for small breeds.
