    This is absolutely right! Prevention (diet and exercise) is way better than cure. Although this wasn't applicable with my father's case. We suspect that it rooted from taking his pain medications. Right now, we are researching more about the Darvon Lawsuits.

    Thanks for spreading the solution. I'm so sorry about what your mom went through, your lens about her is great.

    But, I do want people to prevent rather than go through horrible ordeals-at least when they have a choice.

    Totally agreed! Catching a heart attack in time is good, but preventing it from happening at all is a MUCH better option!
