I guess it's true that private label brand can increase traffic because of its low price. If you think about Safeway brand and Costco Kirkland, some people who are price sensitive come to Costco to buy Kirkland products. Well, you may be able to apply this concept to your clothing business.

Thanks for the idea. I was quite confuse about the word "Jeans By You" the jeans agent. I searched "jeans agent" in Google and I found this article about jeans agent in WordPress (http://felinethekat.wordpress.com/2009/09/01/jeans-agent-the-bridge-between-you-jeans-factories-out-there/). It was a good informative article especially for those of you who're in jeans business.

I've been looking for a jeans manufacturer who wants to accept PayPal & L/C for payment. Not many of them accept PayPal & L/C and don't trust company that accepts only wire transfer. From my experience, it's always better to deal with business that accepts L/C & PayPal. If something happens, you have your protection.

No wonder why Safeway, Costco, KMart, JC Penney, and all other companies came up with their own private brands. I have a clothing store and I guess it's a good idea to add my own label in my store. Thanks for the info & I'm gonna try to contact this jeans agent. I've never known there such a thing as jeans agent.

This is a good article. I just knew that there's such a thing like jeans agent. I'm thinking of having my jeans outsourced, but I'm always afraid of dealing with Chinese factory directly. I heard that Chinese factories like to scam people. I think using jeans agent is a good idea...
They do all the work for me...
