Pillow made for stomach sleepers

Go from being a stomach sleeper to a side sleeper

type=textThis is a special neck pillow made just for stomach sleepers. Stomach sleeping is not recommended by health professionals. It can cause neck strain and muscles to be pulled- which can be quite painful the next morning. Also, its not good neck alignment. The tear drop illow provides leg spacing and torso support for proper spinal alignment. Furthermore, it aids stomach sleepers transition to side sleeping by maintaining stomach warmth and support.

Pillows for After Surgery

What neck pillow is best after a neck surgery? ie. Cervical Spine Fusion surgery

arc4life cervical traction neck pillow in standard and large sizeHaving neck surgery is a big deal. Getting ready for it, having it done, and then recuperating afterwards. Your Surgeon will tell you what type of position you need to be in after surgery. For example, many of our patients have called arc4life after they had a fusion surgery. Their surgeon recommended that they sleep on their back. Next question: I need a neck pillow that I can use to sleep on my back.

Our first recommendation is the arc4life cervical traction neck pillow. Particularly the traction "V" Side of the pillow. It will prevent your neck from going side to side.

Sleeping Comfortably

Whether on your Back or on Your Side, there are products to help you sleep comfortably

type=textA contoured neck pillow with a indentation in the middle is recommended as an overall good neck pillow for sound sleep. You should be able to sleep on your side or on your back. There are two neck pillows I would recommend here based on how firm you like your pillow:

If you prefer to use a pillow that is on the firmer side, choose from the family of Tri Core Neck Pillows: The filling in these support pillow is fiber, but the filling is denser, therefore it is a firmer pillow.

If you prefer to use a pillow that is on the softer side, choose form the family of Arc4life Linear Gravity Neck Pillows. The polyester fiber fill in these pillows is softer, so overall these neck pillows have more "give" to them.

Detailed information about the Linear Gravity Neck Pillows:
Dimensions: Small: 17"x23 | Medium: 20"x26" | Large: 21"x33"
Color: White

Travel Roll, Travel Neck Pillows

U shaped Pillows that help to make the airplane ride much more comfortable.

type=textYou have seen the guy or gal that looks dorky in the airport- he is lugging around a few pillows and do-hickeys looking like he is going to drop everything at any moment. Then you notice that he is on your flight- happily snoozing away on his u shaped travel pillow looking very comfortable. You on the other hand had to buy a teeny tiny non supportive pillow from the stewardness for 5 bucks, from which you are getting no support. Sound familiar?
Yep, u shaped travel pillows are catching on as the trend when travelling. You simply place the pillow around your neck and upper shoulders for neck support while sitting in the airplane seat. You can get ones made of foam or fiber- some with ice, others made from special magical beans that are quite effective. I would recommend a fiber filled u shaped travel pillow such as the u shaped travel pillow, or a memory foam neck pillow. You can easily carry these around, they don't weight much, and for long flights will help you sleep better.

SitLumbar supports, also known as back supports or back rests can be very useful in an office setting. Especially if you are sitting at a computer or on the phone for the majority of the day these supports can allow you to have a back pain free day. Often times these back supports are curved in design, such that it goes with the natural curve of the lumbar spine. You can sit back and alllow the back rest to allow you to have good posture. You can choose back rests that are thinner (such as a slimrest back rest) designed to be slim in design for your car. Or you can use the sit back rest or a high back rest which are designed to be used at your computer desk. These offer more support, and give you maximum support for proper back posture.
