The system is built with php (a web programming language) and MySQL and it can run on a Windows, Linux or UNIX server.  EasyBe were extremely helpful therefore setting up and configuring the new mp3 shop was quite straightforward. To summarise, we did some extensive research into similar packages and also with sites that will host your own mp3 download music shop for you, however we found this package to have the best features, it was the most affordable and most flexible. The package also includes an additional module (free upon request) that lets you also sell merchandise from your website, however we haven't utilised this yet so I cannot review it.
