Property Skillz assists it's members through the entire investment process with:

* Registration of Trusts, Sourcing of properties to invest in,
* Assistance with the necessary contracts and paperwork,
* Obtaining bonds,
* Placing their properties with approved rental agencies,
* Administration of all properties on behalf of our members.

Membership of Property Skillz costs R500 per month after registration of the first property. We also reward our members with a referral comission of 0.5% of the value per successful property registration for new members that are introduced by the member.

This will continue for as long as the member you introduced continues to purchase new properties, i.e. if you (as member) introduce a new member and he subsequently purchases 10 properties, you will receive 0.5% of the value of all those properties. This is valid for every buying member you introduce. This will enable you as member to purchase even more properties!

If members are not credit worthy, we will assist to clear their names with the various credit unions. The above (referral) scenario can also be utilized to clear debts.

This means that the Property Skillz Member will receive R24 000 in his pocket without even laying out a cent.

With our knowledge in bond origination, Property Skillz will negotiate approximately 10 - 14 bonds for qualifying members. This means that a member will have R230 000 (for 10 units) in cash that we have negotiated on his behalf. Plus full ownership of 10 properties.

The biggest advantage of becoming a member is our unique rental pool system. By pooling rental income and risk, the probability of no income, coupled with our tenant sourcing system, reduces the risk of losing income through units standing empty.

All rent received, capital for the annual shortfall, as well as bond repayments for members will be done via the rental pool account, thereby removing the administrative strain from our members and leaving them with a hassle-free property investment experience.

As property values annually increase, bonds can be re-geared to afford the member the opportunity to earn enough income to pay for the annual shortfall and keep on earning a residual income on an ongoing basis.
