Propohecy By Kim Clements
Since 1996, when I experienced a vision and saw the acts of terror being planned and specifically around the New York region, God has given me many insights into world events. Some would consider judgment the only reason for these events while other wisely seek God for wisdom to move in and take advantage of demonic attacks and behave as true believers should, by infiltrating the regions with the Good News and the power of His Word. We are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses - How could we behave any differently than our forefathers did? Moses pled with God not to destroy the children of Israel when God was about to wipe them out and start a new nation with Moses. Abraham begged God to avoid the fires of judgment upon Sodom and Gomorrah and when James and John were wanting to bring fire from Heaven to destroy the towns that were rejecting the Gospel, Jesus rebuked them and told them that they never knew of what Spirit they were! Yet today we have a constant message of judgment placing God at the helm of every destructive move on planet Earth.Well, I have also heard from Heaven and His plans are powerful for the nations. Remember, earthquakes will happen, floods and many other reactions from the Earth and the elements, however, have you ever considered these as signs of specific times? Hear what God said to me for the world:
There's a sound that is coming to you, there is a sound that is coming to you, a sound of suddenly. There's a sound that is coming to you, there's a sound that is coming to you, called suddenly, suddenly, suddenly. The Heavens were opened up suddenly. There's a fire that is coming to you, there's a fire that is coming to you, fire suddenly. Suddenly it will come and it will be similar to the Day of Pentecost. And I will fill the house with fire - suddenly it will come. And I will fill the house with fire - YOUR houses with fire - suddenly it will come to you. Stretch out your hands, stretch out your hands, and you will find me there. IN YOUR HOUSE.
ARE YOU READY FOR ME TO COME AS I DID ON THE DAY OF PENTECOST?
This is a fire that will consume religious retardation and redundancy and reach every nation under the sun as what happened in Jerusalem on that day. October is the month and I will pour out upon you a rain from Heaven. October is the month and I will come to you and pour it out - you will say, "I can see more clearly than I've ever seen before and hear things that I've never heard before, I can see things that I've never seen before, hear things that I've never heard before."
October is the month that many of you will hear the sound of keys. I'll unlock the door, I'll unlock the door that's been closed to you. And I will open up - God says, I will open up, I will open up the door - I'll unlock the door and open up the Heavens.
Now Satan's occupied, Satan's occupied, he's so miserable. I will open up the gates of the cities. You are the heirs of the promises. He has given incredible promises that you and I have the right to take a hold of, and the Spirit of the Lord tells me to tell you that every promise that has been given through the prophets of yesterday and the prophets of today, they are yours for the taking in this day and age!

SIGNS TO THE NATIONS: (Given earlier on in 2007 during the Winter)
I will disrupt the weather patterns, God says, and in the atmosphere and in the hemisphere there will be disruptions but THIS WILL BE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE and SIGNS of the great and powerful spiritual events that are about to manifest on the earth spiritually and materially. The Spirit of God said, have I not shown unto you that I use the elements as signs in the hemisphere, in the atmosphere, disruptions - this Nation having weather like it's never had before, Great Britain having weather like it's never had before - why? Why, says the Lord. Because I linked up the Lion and I linked up the lion-hearted. The United Kingdom and The United States of America. You say, "what about the disruption, what about the fires in the middle of the Nation, what about the storms and the floods in the South, and the winds that shall come to the East?" God said, these are signs my people, signs just for you that the disruptions are being transformed into a spiritual breakthrough as they have never experienced.
MIDDLE EAST, CHINA AND UNITED KINGDOM
I will take out of the hills and the caves of Pakistan those who have shouted and made mention of a god that does not exist, of a god that they claim would give them the power to kill human beings. Enough. God said, look to Pakistan, and look to China look at your weather patterns through these summer months. Even now the great disruptions that I have made possible is a sign to my people that I, the Lord God, have His hand on this Nation and upon Great Britain.

A MULTIPLYING OF EVIL

A GREAT EXPOSURE OF WICKED STRATEGIES AND PLANS
And there shall be a GREAT EXPOSURE of wicked strategies and plans - There shall be a great unveiling of the plots and the purposes of the enemy - that even in turn shall save the nations of the North, says the Lord - the nations to the North - from violent destruction.
And even as those who would visit destruction upon you shall come forth - that, that enemy means for harm, I shall even in an instant - even in a moment - turn around and use it to destroy the destroyers -

Freedom from the Chain Gang by Paul Keith Davis
I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness comes through the Law, then Christ died needlessly. - Galatians 2:21In a revelatory experience, Bob was shown how our enemy has deceived many Christians in such a way that they are essentially functioning as if they were members of a chain-gang. He saw in a vision how Christians were bound together with chains laboring under a heavy burden they were not equipped to bear. It looked identical to the images we have seen of early 19th and 20th century prison labor gangs working along roads and fields.
A chain gain is defined as a group of prisoners chained together for the purpose of conducting outdoor labor. Our adversary has effectively created this scenario by convincing Christians to do "penance" instead of repentance. Many are deceived into doing things for God in order to remove the guilty conscience of sin, instead of faithfully receiving forgiveness of sin through repentance.
Penance is defined as punishment or tokens remitted in exchange for the forgiveness of sins. It is a form of disciplinary action in order to gain the removal or absolution of an individual's wrongdoing. Penance is actually a form of self abasement in order to atone for unrighteous acts. Paul said,
For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast.
Salvation is the gift of God and the forgiveness of wrong actions after we have become believers is derived the same way. We cannot continue with works, what began by grace.
Increased Demands
Bob watched as the enemy continued to escalate the demands of penance in order for people to feel a sense of relief from the conviction of their sins. Eventually, this burden was so great that it became impossible for their conscience to be free from the weight of sin. The chains of condemnation and shame resulted; these snares then produced a fruitless life.
True repentance is more than Godly sorrow; it is also a change of mind. In its truest form, spirit granted repentance will:
1. Produce genuine sorrow for unrighteousness.
2. Produce a disdain and forsaking of the acts unrighteousness.
3. Produce a surrendered heart to God's will, resulting in fruitful works
In reality, it is simple faith in the completed work of the cross that cleanses us from the violations of sin. If we do not accept that plain truth, then we are not coming to Him on the basis of faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God. No matter how our natural mind attempts to override this literal reality, we must come to the realization that faith in the cross sets us free from the "chain gang" of deception.

Free From Chains of Failure
The Lord is seeking repentance so that the chains of failure can be dismantled. It is unbelief when we continue to feel guilty for something the Lord has completely forgiven and erased.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. - I John 1:9
Penance is another expression for the works of the flesh. Clearly, there is a place in God that we do works to validate our faith in Him. Nevertheless, our works can never pay the price for the remission of sin.
In Bob's encounter, he was given 1 John 1 as a reference to highlight God's love for us and the purifying of our unrighteous acts. The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us of all unrighteousness. That is His word!
Without this revelation we become like slaves living in continual penance without ever coming to the knowledge of the truth. Penance is not pleasing to the Lord, but repentance is.
Great faith is required for the maturity needed to accomplish our latter-day mandate. This is the first step in the process -- simply believe God's Word and move on to fruitfulness.
Therefore leaving the elementary teaching about the Christ, let us press on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God -Hebrews 6:1

Word of the Lord for 2007
This word given is through a compilation of the prophetic words and consensus of the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders (ACPE). This year, the council met at the beginning of the Jewish calendar (September 22, 2006), rather than at the January time period, in order to allow time to distill and hear the Word of the Lord before the turning of the Gregorian calendar.There are differing variables that can affect the timing and/or coming to pass of these words:
1. All prophecy not contained in Scripture is conditional.
2. The timing of when the prophecy comes to pass may not occur in a one year time frame.
3. It is possible that the prophetic warnings given will cause either the person or nation to repent and thus turn away the judgment prophesied. Biblically, this happened when Jonah prophesied to Nineveh and the city repented, causing God to relent.
Moving from Mission Impossible to Mission Accomplished
"2007 is the year of moving from 'Mission Impossible' to 'Mission Accomplished.' It is a year of perfecting, completing, and finishing."
Here are some "finishing's" that will take place:
1. Finishing of a building cycle. Time for new building strategies to be released.
2. Finishing of the five-fold ministry restored. Apostolic and Prophetic moving together.
3. Finishing anointing for shifting the courts in America. The nation is hanging in the balance. We cannot miss this window of opportunity for change.
4. Political times of realignment. War against the Jezebel spirit of influence.
5. Finishing anointing for the release of miracles.
6. Finishing anointing for the release of transfer of wealth. Many deals that are in the balance will be completed. Satan has set up strongholds that are ancient and must be torn down to shift wealth to the Body of Christ.
7. Harvest Season is upon us. Revival, revival. The youth are going to wake up on university campuses.
8. The closing of one chapter in our lives and the beginning of a new season. Don't hold onto the old when God wants to move you into the new. Complete in 2007, so you can move into the new thing in 2008.

The Year of the Clash of the Swords
The year according to the Jewish calendar is 5767. It is the year of the clash of the swords. The warfare this year on a personal level, will be to try and stop you from completing. The number seven stands for completion. It is a year for arms and weapons. Just as Jacob sent presents before him (Genesis 32:18), so you are to send blessings before you. Ask God for the strategy to open the hearts of those who are stirred up against you.

A Deeper Understanding of Love
The Body of Christ is going to come into a deeper understanding of the "John" spirit of love. John the Beloved laid his head on Jesus' breast. Sinners will come to understand the love of Christ through the church. Hollywood will feel this and come alive for Christ! We will learn to love the lost without condemnation; yet keeping the righteous plumbline of God's word.
Homosexuals will be converted and brought to Christ through this love. In this 40-year anniversary of Haight Ashbury and the free-love movement, there will be a great movement of the love of Christ. This will particularly impact San Francisco, where many homosexuals will be turned to Christ.

Holiness in Our Schools
A new holiness movement will spring up. Teachers will teach about holiness and preach against sin. This will spark revival movements, and the fear of the Lord will fall upon many. New young firebrands will preach holiness to their generation, and the "reality" generation will see Jesus for who He really is.
We are in the beginning stages of another Jesus People movement. Stanford and Berkley will experience a huge shift towards righteousness in their student bodies. God-based societies will spring up theistic thinking. Secularism is going to start waning, and radical leftist professors are going to be moved out of the universities of America in surprising ways. The righteous walls are opening in our educational systems. Schools will be touched in the coming years, and a ground swell of this is starting now.

Iran and the Middle East
It is the consensus of the prophets that satan is trying to foment World War III, but it is not God's timing for this. This could happen if we do not pray, as it would be premature. We must fast and pray against the spirit of Jihad and the spirit of Nebo (The Babylonian god of wisdom, literature, education, arts, and science. This is the spirit of violence and of terrorism that is released in the earth today). However, Nebo must bow to God's will (Isaiah 46:1-2). We must tear apart the occultist veil protecting the President of Iran and pray that the pro-democracy movement in the country will overthrow him.
Communism and Latin America
We came to understand that satan is trying to "restructure" the earth right now (Daniel 7:25), and is shifting his power bases. Communism is rooting itself in Latin America and the strongman of that ideology has shifted from Asia. He wants to build a base in Mexico in particular. We need to pray for Mexico right now. Communism is the counterfeit for true Christianity.
Israel
"God is shaking, shaking, shaking Israel."
This is a time of uprooting and exposure of corruption. Syria is going to be exposed in regard to its agenda concerning Israel.

2007 will be a profound time for Central Asia, as seeds that have been sown--even by the blood of the martyrs--are going to spring up. It is a time for churches, churches, churches, and harvest. More churches will be planted in the next few years than in the last 100 years combined.

1. A year of success and fruitfulness
In 2007, the Lord is looking for those who will invest their "talents" wisely. It is a year to DREAM BIG. It is a year of bringing forth fruit for the Lord and His Kingdom through the wise investment of the gifts He has given.
In the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30), the master praised the servants who took the initiative to invest what they had been given but was angry with the one who buried his one talent. Jesus said that this parable describes the Kingdom (verse 14).
The Lord is calling His people to make investments of their gifts on behalf of the Kingdom. There will be success and fruitfulness for those who do. 2007 is a year to invest much as there will be great dividends for the glory of God. "You will succeed in whatever you choose to do, and light will shine on all your ways."

2. Change, Change, Change
2007 is going to meet us with great change. The face of the church is going to change drastically. Political changes and shifts await us. Individuals will be called to make changes in their lives to facilitate the call of God. Some will even be called to make geographical changes. Many believers will have unexpected changes in vocation. Some students at university level will suddenly feel to change their majors even after they have invested many months and years in a particular direction.
It is vital in 2007 that believers seek the Lord for confirmation during the stirrings that call for change. The Lord will confirm clearly. Great flexibility and grace will be required to move into the change that God is ordaining. New levels of dependency on God will need to be embraced during these times of transition.

Prophetic signs of change
Many will experience a phenomenon of finding "change" (coins) in unique places -- sometimes on the walkway in front of them or in drawers or on the floor beneath them. This will be quickened to the heart as a "prophetic sign" confirming the season of change. Another sign will be the appearance of butterflies. The butterfly comes forth as a result of metamorphosis (change). The increased and unusual appearances of butterflies will be a confirmation of the season of change. Another sign will be changes in weather patterns and unexpected winds in regions that are marked for change.

3. A year of covenant blessing
Abraham was blessed by God and called to be a blessing so that all the nations would be blessed. This is our calling in the Kingdom - to live in the blessings of God in Christ, so that the testimony of Christ's glory and love spreads.
Christians will be called by the Spirit in 2007 to establish boundaries around their lives where ONLY BLESSINGS will prevail. When attacks, assaults, and trials come, they will be turned into blessings as believers stand their ground on covenant promises. Blessings will become the protective border and the covering of believer's lives that embrace this.

4. Earth shaking catastrophes
There will be some catastrophes in 2007 that will cause people to respond in fear. Believers are not to fear but to rather embrace the situations, allowing them to usher in revival and harvest. The church will be launched into mercy and compassion ministry when these catastrophes occur. Calls to prayer during these events will also be used to unite the Body.

5. Walking on Water
The Lord is calling His church to move in the supernatural. Many will be called out of the "boat of comfort" into "arenas of risk" in 2007. It is important to keep the focus on Jesus and His Word alone during these times. The Holy Spirit will teach the church the importance of living in the supernatural empowerment Christ has invested in us through His indwelling presence. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him and He shall direct your paths."

6. Bible Faith will be challenged
The church must remain strong in intercession in 2007 as foundations of faith and Bible absolutes will be challenged by political and humanistic spirits in Christian nations. God will raise up spokespeople who will be a voice for uncompromised truth in the nations. These ones will suffer persecution both in the world and in the church for their righteous stands. A separation will come in the church between those who are fully committed to Bible truth and those who compromise.

7. God's Media Army is emerging
Many Christians will experience the call into media in 2007. The Lord is raising up an army in the area of television, radio, entertainment, internet and print media. These warriors will be powerfully used of God to spread the gospel and to creatively build faith in the masses. "The Lord gives the word, and a great army brings the good news" Psalm 68:11
