Teachers carry a lot of responsibility, and need as much support as they can receive. New teachers are especially in need of help and support, along with tips and lesson ideas. If you take away just one thing

It should be... to remember that teachers work long hours, both at school and at home. They do not have their summer off as they get jobs and spend time in class and preparing for the new school year. Teaching is a difficult profession, an underpaid position, and an often thankless job, but the kids make it all worth it.
