This is the best Pumpkin Scone Recipe I have found and I found it on the back of a tin!
PumpkinsĀ are one of my favourite foods. I love the sweetness of them. They are sweet but good for you!
I love pumpkin roasted, in soups or in biscuits and now in this Pumpkin Scone Recipe. You don't have to add sugar to these scones, the pumpkin is enough.

Do you Like the Idea of Replacing Sugar with Fruit on Cooking ?

Definitely, it's Good to Reduce our Sugar Intake and Sneak Fruit in where we can
GrammaLinda says:
Excellent idea to replace sugar with fruit for cooking.
funcook says:
All sugar is the same in terms of how your body uses it. The only difference is that fruit has fiber in it, which slows down the absorption of the sugar.
enslavedbyfaeries says:
I love sugar, who doesn't, but it's becoming a problem because we love it so much. There is way too much sugar in everything we eat and I always try to use less than the recipe calls for when baking. Using fruit as a substitute is definitely a great idea!
No, Sugar is good for energy

- Pumpkin Scones are very, very nice and yummy but whenever I plan to bake them I'm always deterred by images of Flo Bjelke Petersen. Turned off is a better word.

- Hmmm ... I don't think I've had any pumpkin for quite some time. I need to try this scone recipe ... but first I need to refresh my memory about what sultanas are ... I think they are a raisin. Bet this would taste good with chocolate chips, too.
