Lots of water
Please, NOT from the sink or toilet. It should be clean purified H2o.Having adequate water intake is an essential part to your healthy weight loss process. Do NOT substitute with soda, juice, high sugar liquid substances, or alcohol. The recommended amount of water is 8 glasses a day (8 ounce per glass). Of course, it's even better to drink more.
If you have any medical conditions such as diabetes or kidney disorders, consult your doctor about what the safe amount of water is for you to drink.
Staying properly hydrated will help speed up weight loss because it helps metabolize fat effectively. I find it helpful to drink a glass or two either before or after each meal so your stomach is filled, and I would consume less food.

Exercise
If you're just starting out on your weight loss journey, please don't just sit around and hoping to lose weight. Do some exercises!If you're not into exercise then do yourself a favor by stretching your body and muscle, or take a walk around the mall. Seriously, you can try a slow and steady pace exercise such as taking a 30-minute walk around your neighborhood, park, or mall. After a few days, start doing a little power exercise such as jogging, aerobic, or go to gym to build muscle and burn the fat.

This method absolutely will work but it is short lived and is very harmful to your health.This method is known as starvation diet. For anyone who tries this method they will eventually crave for food they have missed, and then fed up with their weight loss plan, start eating again, and gain back all those weights they lost and add even more.
Please DO NOT use starvation diet as a method to lose weight. Instead, cut your meal down into smaller portions. Try eating 5-6 smaller meals per day. No fast food or junk food please.
