Chicken Broccoli Pie

1 1/4c. Chicken(cooked & chunked)
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c. broccoli (chopped)
2 cans cresent rolls (16 triangles).

Optional: 2T celery or 1/4c.Water Chestnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except rolls in a large bowl. On a large pizza pan unroll triangles and arrange in circle with bases of triangles overlapping at center. Points facing to the outside. Scoop filling in the middle keeping filling on rolls. Fold points of triangles over filling. It will look like a wreath. Filling may not be completely covered. Bake at least 30-40 minutes until golden brown and dough in the center is cooked.

Quick and Easy Recipe for the Kids 

1 package Kraft deluxe mac and cheese dinner
1/2c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2c. mozzarella cheese
1 egg
3/4c. milk
2T. Butter
pinch of black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare dinner as directed on package. Meanwhile combine shredded cheeses, set aside. Beat egg, milk and pepper with a wire whisk. Add butter to finished dinner, put 1/2 the dinner into casserole dish, cover with mixed cheese, repeat layers and drizzle evenly with egg mixture.
Bake 15 minutes or until center is set and heated through.

Quick and Easy Beef Recipe 

Meat & Potato Foil Packets

1lb. Ground Beef
1 can cream of onion soup
4 potatoes peeled and chopped
1c. frozen corn
4t. onion (optional)
1/4c. Italian bread crumbs
2T. Worchestershire sauce
4T. Butter
Salt and Pepper
8 -12"x12" pieces of foil
Mix ground beef with the italian bread crumbs and worchestershire sauce. Set out four of your pieces of foil. Either use non stick foil on the bottom or spray with non stick spray. Add a handful of potatoes to each, Add 1T butter to each, add corn and onion on top add half of cream soup divided among them and divide meat up into fourths and put on top, add remaining cream soup. Put a sheet of foil on top and roll all four sides up to make a pouch. Place on a baking sheet, cook for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Get the family involved and let them help make their own and them put their initials on top.
