If you have no time to waste when it comes to losing weight, I'm sorry to say that there is no quick way to lose weight!

Being healthy, lean and fit is a way of life. In order to lose weight and keep it off you need to learn exactly what to do (workout), what to eat (diet), and when to eat it(timing). You can a crazy and eat what you love occasionally, but most of the time you need to behave and remember your weight loss goal.

There are however plenty of steps you can take to lose weight far more quickly than you would on a plain old diet. Below are some tips on fast ways to lose weight - at the fastest rate your body will allow anyway.

1. Cleanse 

One way to lose weight - in order to begin on the right path, you need to get your body to a clean and purified state. You do this by going through a total body Master Cleanse. Walking (or running if you want) steps will get your metabolism going like a furnace and keep it raised for far longer during your day, getting you into a negative caloric balance, which is the key to fat loss.

Exercise variety

You will also want to exercise in different ways on different days. Change it up. On some days you may want to just sit on a bike and cruise, it's still worthwhile, but alternate it with high intensity training and you'll really see weight loss. Variety will also keep it fresh and stop boredom, which is the key to your lifestyle change.

Mix it up

You don't want to plateau out, where you stop losing weight. To avoid this add new exercises to your routine. Mix it up start of every month.
